End-User License Agreement

By activating or using PrimeCost PRO (“the Software”) you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. License

The author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your own estimating work and that of your firm, on the number of computers of the plan you bought: Standard – one (1), Professional – two (2), Firm – five (5) computers you own or control.

1a. Free trial

The free trial lets you evaluate the Software for the stated number of days, without printing or PDF export. Using tricks to restart or extend the trial is not allowed.

2. What you may not do

Copy, share, resell, rent, lend or publish the Software or your license key.
Remove, bypass or disable the license activation, or try to decrypt or reverse-engineer the Software.
Remove copyright notices, names or logos.

3. Ownership

The Software is protected by copyright (Republic Act No. 8293, Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and international treaties. It is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the author.

4. Your data

Your estimates are stored in your own web browser on your own computer. The license check sends only your license key and a random computer ID. You are responsible for keeping backups of your data.

5. Estimates and rates

Built-in rates, templates and samples are for guidance only. You are responsible for checking quantities, prices and results before using them in bids or contracts.

6. Updates and support

Updates within the same major version and email support are provided free of charge for as long as the Software is offered.

7. Refunds and termination

You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. The license ends automatically if you break this agreement, and refunded or disputed purchases are deactivated.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, the author is not liable for any loss of profit, data or other damages arising from its use.
