Questions

What plans do you need?

Architectural floor plans and elevations at minimum. For structural, electrical and plumbing estimates please include those plans too. Clear, scaled PDFs give the most accurate quantities.

Which prices do you use?

Current material and labor prices for your project location. If you have your own supplier quotes, send them in the notes and we'll use them.

Are my plans kept confidential?

Yes. Your plans are used only to prepare your estimate and are never shared.

How is the floor area measured?

Total floor area of all levels, as shown on your plans. If you're unsure, leave it blank – we'll compute it and include it in your quote.

Can I request changes?

Yes – one free revision within 7 days of delivery (for example, changing a material or quantity). Design changes to the plans are quoted separately.

Do you estimate commercial and industrial projects?

Yes. Commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects are quoted per project after we review the plans.

Can I do my own estimates instead?

Yes – the same tools we use are available as PrimeCost PRO, with a free 7-day trial.
